Did you know that the l’œil de biche, or the ‘doe eye’, was a tattoo worn by the famous Apache gang who roamed the streets of eastern Paris over 100 years ago? It was also the inspiration for one of our very first beers, an American pale ale. Today we brew a wide range including our core beers, a rotation of seasonal beers, and a special collab series – a chance for our brewers to go wild and let their hair down.
All our beers are handcrafted in small batch brews using all-natural ingredients sourced locally and ethically where possible.
It would be great if we could make the world a better place by simply drinking great beer. Sadly, that’s not the case. So, we go further. We recycle our spent grain into biofuel, invest some of our profits in tree replantation, upcycle our surplus beer into gin, and make local deliveries by bicycle.
We also work with the Cité Fertile to develop our local community and help preserve our part of the planet.
We invite you to join our mission one beer at a time.
